Italians know how to feast

The meal is served as a buffet on white linen lined tables, manned by smartly dressed staff. This menu should cover starters and mains, especially if you have canapes.

  • Lasagne – Michele’s grandmothers recipe, 5 hour slow cooked pork and beef ragu, bechemel and mozzarella

  • Melanzane gratin – layers, of Aubergine, spinach, tomato and basil ragu, pasta and cheeses

  • Fritti – fried snacks like arancini or similar

  • Cured meats and cheeses selection
