Sirloin steak, medium rare, with rocket, balsamic and 30 month parmesan

Beef short rib

Sumptuous and rib sticking slow cooked beef, in red wine, shallots and thyme

Lamb Shank

Fork tender lamb cooked with rosemary and thyme, with jus and we like it with salsa verde

Pork Meddalions

Smothered in a sauce of white stilton, apricot and cider, on a bed of spinach

Poulet

Chicken and prosciutto ballotines, with creamy mushroom and tarragon sauce

Salmon Putanesca

Cooked in a sauce of tomato, kalamata and nocellera olives, and a little chilli, with a samphire crumb
