We generally recommend sharing antipasti starters for weddings, as they offer you a faster meal time, with a bigger variety for your guests, and look great!

Individual starters ideas
We use farro not rice, so even the 100th guest has al dente grains. We reccommend: porcini and chicken; butternut squash and gorgonzola; edamame, pancetta and lemon zest; crab and creme fraiche.
Our pates and rillettes come with appropriate chutneys, pickles, breads and leaves. Options: pork belly rillettes; porcini, port and pecan pate with stilton butter; poached and smoked salmon terrine; duck and date pate
