We generally recommend sharing antipasti starters for weddings, as they offer you a faster meal time, with a bigger variety for your guests, and look great!

We have put a selction of our more popular starters below, however if there is somethimg specific you want then please tell us. 

Antipasti

Italian Menu

3 sharing boards of:

 Freshly sliced cured meats  - prosciutto, fennel salami and spianata

 Cheese selection  - mozzarella, Gorgonzola and tallegio 

Crostini selection (2 of the following)- pea, mint and pecorino; chickpea and celery; tomato and basil; mushroom and ricotta

Served with our own quick pickles and sourdough

We can also make British and Spanish selections

Individual starters ideas

Risotto

We use farro not rice, so even the 100th guest has al dente grains. We reccommend: porcini and chicken; butternut squash and gorgonzola; edamame, pancetta and lemon zest; crab and creme fraiche.

Potted

Our pates and rillettes come with appropriate chutneys, pickles, breads and leaves. Options: pork belly rillettes; porcini, port and pecan pate with stilton butter; poached and smoked salmon terrine; duck and date pate

Carpaccio

Beef, rocket, capers, lemon and parmesan; medium rare beef, horseradish, garden herb salad; smoked salmon, pink pepper, avocado and creme fraiche

Toast

mixed mushrooms, garlic, herbs and ossau iraty; hierloom tomato, tapenade and oregano; potato, leek and mussels; aspargus and egg mimosa

Salads

strawberry, avocado, spinach and pumpkin seed; roast lamb ceasar; Prawn cocktail
