At Greedy Pig Catering, we offer professional weddings buffets in Derbyshire and we can also plan your menu to suit your needs and to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. Our main priority is to ensure that you enjoy your big day as much as possible which is why we pride ourselves on offering a flexible and friendly menu planning service. Below, you can browse the wedding menus that we currently offer.  We offer a choice of four carvery style menus.  You also have the option of choosing from a list of starters and sweets.

Duck and Orange Pate with French Bread, Chargrilled Vegetable & Mozzarella Timbale,
Prawn Cocktail, Melon Balls Trio.

 Menu 1 £13.95 per head

Prime British Roast Beef, Norfolk Turkey, Fresh Farm Leg of Pork, Served with New Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables.

Menu 2 £13.98 per head

Free Range Pork Medallions, stuffed with Apricot, Served with New Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables.

Menu 3 £13.98 per head

Pork Tender Loin, stuffed with Spring Onions, Mozarella Cheese, laced with Garlic or Piri Piri sauce, Served with fresh char-grilled Mediterranean Vegetables and Potato Wedges.

Menu 4 £14.50 per head

Chicken Breast Fillet, stuffed with Brie, Vine Tomatoes, laced with Piri Piri or Argentina Fire sauce, Served with char-grilled Mediterranean Vegetables and Potato Wedges.

Starter Options

Prawn & Champagne Smoked Salmon Roulade x 2
Smoked and Poached Salmon, Prawns and Champagne with a hint of lemon, in cream cheese mousse, wrapped in Scottish smoked salmon.

Salmon & Asparagus Terrine x 2
An individual triangle slice of smoked and poached salmon with asparagus, combined in a cream cheese & dill mousse, wrapped in Scottish Salmon.

Ardennes with Plum & Brandy Pate
Coarse pork pate with fruity plum pieces and brandy, served with rustic bread.

Red Pepper Parfait with Goat’s Cheese and Aubergine (v)
Red pepper parfait with soft goat’s cheese wrapped in a grilled aubergine, rich full flavour.

Carrot and Coriander Soup

Sweet Pumpkin and Parsnip Soup

Moroccan style Chick Pea Soup

All the soups are served with rustic breads.All the above are £3.80 per head.

Vanilla Cheesecake

Double baked vanilla Cheesecake with a fruit coulis topping

Baileys Cheesecake

Biscuit base with an unbaked cream cheese and Baileys topping with dark chocolate

Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce
Small, cooked choux pastry buns filled with dairy cream, covered in a rich dark chocolate sauce.

Fresh Fruit Salad
Sliced fresh fruit in a light syrup solution.

All the above are £3.80 per head and served with fresh cream.
